I ordered because the site showed everything I wanted as in stock, or at least that’s what it looked like. Then the order got updated and about half of it was missing. Maybe it was a timing thing, I’m not sure, but it kind of defeats the point of ordering online if the inventory isn’t accurate. Felt like a waste of time.

I wasn’t totally sure what I wanted going in and definitely kept second-guessing myself, but the staff were really helpful and knew their stuff. They helped me narrow things down without making it feel awkward or pushy. Overall, it was a super easy visit and I’d probably go back again.

Getting in with my wheelchair was easy, and the staff helped me right away. I was expecting it to be more of a hassle, but it... went smoothly.

I ordered through planet13 and it was easy to find what I was looking for. Checkout was smooth, and I got the confirmation quickly. Compared to some other places I’ve ordered from, the website felt simple and straightforward. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because pickup took longer than I expected, even though my order was already marked ready. Still, overall it was a good experience and I’d probably use it again.

My experience with customer service was a bit hit or miss. One person helped me quickly and seemed on top of things, but another came off annoyed and rushed, which didn’t feel great. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but my gut tells me they could be more consistent. I just expected a little better overall...

I like checking the promos now and then because there are actually some good deals. I ended up saving a decent amount on my order, which was a nice surprise. The site was easy enough to use too 👍

Grabbed a couple things and everything seemed nice and fresh, not dried out or old at all. The smell was really good toooo. I’m taking off one star because pickup was a little slow, but the product itself was solid.

planet13.com had a really big selection — that was the best part for me. I could find different brands, flower, vapes, edibles, and all that without having to bounce around a bunch of sites. The site was easy to browse too, nothing complicated. Some stuff does sell out fast, but there was still plenty to choose from. Overall, it’s a solid spot when you just want a lot of options.

From what I remember, the line moved so slowly that it felt like forever. By the time I finally got through it, I didn’t feel like the experience was worth all that waiting.

I’ve ordered a few times now, and to be fair, pickup has been ready when they said it would be and delivery showed up on time too. Kind of feels like the bar shouldn’t be that low, but at least I haven’t had any hassle with them so far

I use the Planet 13 loyalty rewards here and there, and it’s okay. The points do add up eventually, just not exactly at lightning speed or anything. The deals can be nice too, when they happen to line up with what I’m actually buying, which is always a fun little surprise.
My biggest thing is that tracking the rewards online isn’t as clear as it probably could be. I ended up having to ask the staff what I could even use, which they helped with, to be fair. It’s not a bad program, I just wish it didn’t feel like I needed to do a small investigation to figure it out

I was a little suspicious going in, but security checked everything quickly and stayed professional the whole time. No weird attitude, no unnecessary hassle, and I actually felt safe while I was there.

Planet 13 is one of those names you hear a lot, so I went in expecting the whole experience to feel a little more polished than it did.
The site looks fine and there’s definitely plenty of info, but it felt kind of cluttered to me and I had to poke around more than I wanted just to find basic stuff. Based on this, I’d guess bigger-name places aren’t always the easiest to navigate or the best deal either, because the prices didn’t seem especially great.

It’s not bad by any means, and I’d still check it out if you’re curious. I just wouldn’t assume the big reputation automatically means it’s the best option, so I’d compare it with a few other places first.

I actually liked how easy the menu on Planet13 was to use. I can’t stand when menus are confusing, and I really can’t stand when you have to click around forever just to see prices or basic details. This one was clear, with the prices, options, and info right there, so I wasn’t getting annoyed trying to figure everything out. It made picking what I wanted simple, which is all I really want from a site like this

The pages loaded fine for me, and the product categories were laid out in a way that made sense. I liked being able to check the details without getting lost or backtracking alot.

The only thing is I had to scroll a little more than I expected on my phone, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was an easy website to get around.
